Elements: Join the tip of the thumb and little finger as to form a circle keeping the other fingers straight.

Method:
Touch the tip of Little finger to the tip of thumb. Keep the remaining three fingers straight.
Duration:
The Surya Mudra can be practiced for 45 minutes at a stretch or this can be divided into three sessions of 15 minutes each.
